  1. 15 lb turkey
  2. 6 Carrots
  3. 6 Celery
  4. 2 apples
  5. 1 pear
  6. 1/2 Onion
  7. Garlic

  1. Stuff cleaned bird with whole celery, carrots, cut up Onion, 1 whole Apple cut in half, Pear cut in half. Also fresh herbs, Rosemary, Sage and Tyme
  2. Rub turkey skin with butter and coconut oil. Place herbs all on the outside of turkey, under skin under wings.
  3. Garlic cloves all around turkey in pan.
  4. Breast down in roasting pan. Cover with foil.
  5. 20 min at 425
  6. Remainder 325
  7. Baste every hour inside and on top.
  8. Flip turkey in pan, basted and recovered and put back in oven.
  9. Take out of Oven and let sit and stand.
  10. Enjoy
