  • 4 avacados
  • 1 can of Hernadez salsa
  • 2 T olive oil


Cut each avacado in half. Take seed out. Rub olive oil on the meat side. Grill meat side down on hot grill till brown, 10 min on high Turn upside and add salsa to middle, place back on grill for 5-8 more minutes.

Spanish Rice

: Spanish Rice

  1. 2 cups of water
  2. 1 cup of white rice
  3. Cube of Tomato bouillon
  4. 1 can of Herdez Salsa
  5. Optional: diced small 1/2 red onion
  6. Cilantro (cut up)

  1. Boil water with bouillon cube & onion, add rice when almost done add can of salsa & cilantro. Let simmer.
